Price Forbes Re names Waterhouse property fac head

Price Forbes Re has appointed Oliver Waterhouse as the head of property facultative.

The Ardonagh Specialty-owned broker said Waterhouse will lead the division’s growth and report into head of facultative Nikki Melbourne.

Waterhouse has joined from Howden Re (formerly Howden Tiger), where he spent his last two years as an executive director.

Prior to Howden he served as an executive director for international property and international facultative at WTW, and as a vice president at Marsh, according to his Linkedin.

The hire has continued Price Forbes’ recent strengthening of its facultative team, including the hires of Howden’s Fred Few Brown and Guy Carpenter’s Jonathan Gerken.

In May, Ardonagh Specialty rebranded Inver Re to Price Forbes Re. Inver Re was launched by London-headquartered consolidator Ardonagh in 2021.
