Zurich ordered to pay more than $12.2mn to First Solar for rainstorm damages

A Georgia federal court has ruled that Zurich American Insurance Company owes more than $12.2mn to First Solar Electric for damages stemming from heavy rainstorms at a 2,000-acre solar farm, after a jury found the insurer liable for additional costs.
