The worst of the Los Angeles blazes are located in what are considered to be low to moderate-risk areas instead of in the high brush – making it likelier that the high-value properties destroyed are insured by admitted carriers and the California Fair Plan, said a panel of experts on the Burns & Wilcox P&C webinar.
