Optis: NA broker deal flow down 10% in 2024 as attention shifted to large-scale M&A

Total North American agent and broker M&A deal flow dropped 10 percent last year to 750 announced transactions, Optis Partners has reported, as attention shifted from volume to large-scale M&A, with further activity expected in the next 12-24 months after a trio of landmark deals.
