Leadenhall claims RICO case following 777 bid to dismiss alleged $350mn collateral fraud suit

Leadenhall Capital Partners has accused defendants 777 Partners and Advantage Capital Holdings (A-Cap) of “dozens of separately actionable acts of fraud” in the latest filing in its $350mn+ collateral dispute with the two parties.
