Judge partially grants MMA's preliminary injunction against Alliant

A judge in the Southern District of New York has issued a preliminary injunction banning Alliant and three employees from soliciting or accepting certain Marsh & McLennan Agency clients until the resolution of the case, but the court denied MMA's petition to enjoin nonparties working alongside Alliant to the injunction.
