Intact names former PartnerRe CEO Clarke to lead global specialty lines

Former PartnerRe president and CEO Emmanuel Clarke has been named CEO of global specialty lines at Intact Financial Corporation, with the executive set to replace the long-serving Michael Miller upon his retirement at the end of March.
