Expected headcount reduction of ~5-7% to achieve Aviva-DLG acquisition benefits

Aviva has said there will need to be a reduction in the combined workforce of itself and acquisition target Direct Line Group (DLG) of between approximately 5 to 7 percent if it is to achieve the expected benefits of the deal.
