Chubb and AIG say they have no duty to defend McKinsey in 260 opioid lawsuits

Units of Chubb and AIG have said they do not have to defend or indemnify McKinsey & Co in more than 250 opioid-related lawsuits tendered to them because the charges do not meet the terms and conditions of their policy, as per suits filed in Delaware state court.
