WTW’s Haley confirms strategic review for potential Willis Re sale

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) CEO John Haley has confirmed that the company is conducting a review of strategic alternatives for Willis Re after being authorised to do so by its board, and is also undertaking a process to find his successor.
