WTW’s Drummond: NA clients “trading largely in a buyer’s market” with prevalent capacity

Commenting on the release of WTW’s latest forecasts for North America commercial insurance rate changes, Jon Drummond has suggested that it is now “a good market” with prevalent capacity except excess casualty in distressed classes.
