WTW sues Alliant over Charlotte-based surety hires

In the second dispute to break out between the parties over hires in North Carolina in less than a year, WTW has sued Alliant in relation to three departures from its Charlotte-based surety practice alleging the individual defendants are breaching their non-solicitation covenants.
