White Rock provisional liquidators hit back at Vesttoo’s claim over control of cells

The joint provisional liquidators (JPLs) of Aon’s White Rock segregated cell platform have opposed Vesttoo’s efforts to find them in contempt of an interim stay in the insurtech’s bankruptcy case, with a key issue in the dispute being who has control of the Vesttoo cells and their assets.
