Warburg-backed Foundation Risk set to launch recapitalization process

Expansive private equity-backed retail broker Foundation Risk Partners is set to go to market to recapitalize, having formally hired Barclays to run a process that is expected to reach a conclusion in the second half of this year, The Insurer can reveal.
