USI in legal fight with former Florida staff and new employer Lockton

A legal battle is brewing in Florida between six newly hired Lockton staff and their former employer USI, which claims to have received at least 15 broker of record change requests that collectively generate over $2.5mn in revenue since the group resigned last Friday.
