Tokio Marine HCC hires Liberty Mutual’s Perez for excess casualty entry

Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC) has expanded its specialty product offerings by entering the excess casualty market, appointing former Liberty Mutual executive David Perez as president of the new division.
