Tokio Marine completes sale of Saudi Arabia joint venture

Tokio Marine Holdings has completed the previously announced sale of its shares in joint venture Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company, a life and non-life insurance company in Saudi Arabia, to Alinma Bank.
