TMK seeks Lloyd’s Council approval for proposed £2bn+ merger of 510 and 1880

Tokio Marine Kiln has submitted a notice of intention to Lloyd’s proposing the merger of its two largest syndicates — 510 and 1880 — for the 2025 year of account in what would form another Lloyd’s entity with capacity of £2bn+ ($2.52bn).
