The Hartford’s $650mn Boy Scouts settlement at impasse amid new bankruptcy plan
The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) bankruptcy court may conclude the association is not obligated to pursue its $650mn settlement of sexual abuse claims with The Hartford, it has been revealed in a filing outlining a revised reorganisation plan that would establish a $750mn trust for victims.
