Synectics confirms agreement with Synova after intense PE bidding war

Synectics Solutions has confirmed it has agreed terms with Synova Capital in a deal which will see the private equity firm acquire the UK fraud data firm at a high benchmark valuation of ~£180mn ($230.5mn).
