Swiss Re shareholders approve board elections and dividend proposal at 2024 AGM

Swiss Re's shareholders approved all motions put forward by the board of directors at its annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday, including the election of Jacques de Vaucleroy as chairman for a one-year term, and the distribution of an ordinary dividend of $6.80 per share.
