SEC and DoJ charge former IRB exec with fraud over Berkshire “false story”
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DoJ) have revealed charges against former IRB Brasil Resseguros executive Fernando Passos for allegedly planting a false story with the media and disseminating false documents claiming that Berkshire Hathaway had made a substantial investment in IRB.
