R&Q says now supported by ~40% shareholders as it disputes activist Phoenix claims

Legacy and program management company R&Q says it now has the support of at least 40 percent of shareholders ahead of a special general meeting (SGM) next month to vote on the future of its executive chairman William Spiegel.
