QIC Europe hits back at Flat Iron’s multi-million pound BI dispute

QIC Europe (QEL) has hit back in a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) dispute brought by the Flat Iron restaurant chain, arguing it does not have to pay out millions of pounds to cover the hospitality group’s losses because its policy only covers localised events and not a global pandemic.
