PSC shares suspended as Federal Court approves Ardongah takeover

Shares in Australia’s PSC Insurance Group have been suspended from trading and are set to be delisted from the stock exchange following the receipt of Federal Court approval for its A$2.3bn takeover by private equity-backed Ardonagh Group.
