PE firm Clairvest invests C$100mn in Rogers Insurance and CapriCMW merger
Canadian intermediaries Rogers Insurance and CapriCMW Insurance Services have merged to form Acera Insurance Services, with private equity firm Clairvest Equity Partners VI making a C$100mn ($74mn) minority investment as part of the transaction.
