Obsidian enters contractors’ GL program partnership with ISC

Hybrid fronting carrier Obsidian has signed a deal to provide the AM Best A- rated paper of its surplus lines subsidiary to the main contractors’ general liability (GL) program of Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC).
