Oakbridge secures Audax growth investment as Corsair exits

Middle market-focused Audax Private Equity has bought into Oakbridge Insurance Agency alongside the expansive retailer’s management, in a transaction which also sees cornerstone backer Corsair Capital divest its stake in the broker.
