NOAA: 85% chance of above-normal Atlantic hurricane season predicted for 2024

Experts from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are forecasting an 85 percent chance of an above-normal Atlantic hurricane season this year, including up to seven major hurricanes.
