MMA closes $345mn Fisher Brown Bottrell acquisition

Marsh McLennan Agency, the middle market subsidiary of Marsh, has completed its previously announced $345mn deal to acquire Jackson, Mississippi-based Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance from Trustmark National Bank.
