MarshBerry: “Formidable questions” remain after FTC delays non-compete ban proposal

Questions remain after the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) recently delayed consideration of its non-compete proposal, MarshBerry’s Brian Ambrosia has suggested, with the insurance investment banking and consulting executive also highlighting that New York’s state legislature passed a similar proposal last month.
