Markel reinsurance chief Rhoads to retire with Bahr picked as replacement

Markel’s longtime reinsurance president and chief underwriting officer Jed Rhoads is retiring at the end of the year, with company veteran Don Bahr to succeed him as president and Tod Costikyan named as the division’s new CUO.
