Liberty’s Moore: Industry’s relevance is on “knife edge”

Providing a keynote at the recent International Association of Claim Professionals (IACP) annual conference, Liberty Mutual’s Matthew Moore suggested the industry’s relevance is in peril, and more must be done to take advantage of opportunities from issues such as climate and supply chains.
