Lessors seek $219mn from insurers in latest action over stranded jets
A number of Dublin and Bermuda-based subsidiaries of US aircraft lessor FTAI Aviation have sued two underwriters – Global Aerospace and Tokio Marine – for $219mn in yet another action launched by the lessor over aircraft seizures by Russian operators.
