Lessor SMBC launches wave of legal claims following Aeroflot settlement

Dublin-based aircraft lessor SMBC Aviation Capital has issued a flurry of legal claims in London’s Commercial Court only days after it reached a multi-million dollar agreement with a Russian airline and insurer to settle an insurance claim over aircraft seized in Russia.
