James River shares trade down 7% as material weakness over financial reporting disclosed
Investors have reacted negatively to news of a material weakness in James River’s internal controls over financial reporting which led it to overstate H1 net income by $10.4mn, as well as concerns about further reserve charges in its Q3 results, including in E&S.
