Investor group seeks Hippo strategic review and Nichols chair appointment

Two of Hippo’s largest shareholders have issued a public letter in which they have slammed the homeowners insurtech’s “abysmal financial results” and urged it to initiate a strategic review and install industry veteran and current board member Jay Nichols as independent chair.
