International Group warns unenforceable Russia oil price cap leading to vessel exodus

A Western effort to cap Russia’s oil revenues following Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine is becoming increasingly unenforceable with the burden of complying with the sanctions regime having triggered an exodus of tankers from the International Group of P&I Clubs (IG).
