Intact announces sale of RSA’s UK direct personal lines operations to Admiral

Intact Financial Corporation has reached an agreement to sell RSA Insurance’s UK direct personal lines operations, representing around £165mn in annual premiums, to Admiral Group as part of RSA’s strategy to refocus around commercial and specialty lines.
