Industry welcomes PRA plans to speed up Lloyd’s authorisations and cat bond approvals

The UK’s Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) has today announced a raft of upcoming proposals for its oversight of the insurance sector, including reforms to the insurance special purpose vehicle (ISPV) regime and its oversight of Lloyd’s managing agents.
