Howden Tiger: (Re)insurance sector poised to exceed cost of capital after strong Q3 results

Executives from Howden Tiger have suggested that (re)insurers’ strong third quarter results mean the sector is on course to exceed its cost of capital this year, while a “more orderly” reinsurance renewal is expected at 1.1 and US insurance rates will continue to increase into 2024.
