Howden fights to move Aon reinsurance poaching suit to Brazil

Broker Howden has urged London’s High Court to force rival Aon to bring part of its multi-million-pound poaching dispute in Brazil, arguing that claims over raids on Aon Re’s Brazilian reinsurance units “have no place” in the UK courts.
