Hancock commits to greater consultation with Lloyd’s syndicates

After a bruising 2019 business planning process which led to many Lloyd’s insurers complaining of confusion, unexpected capital loadings and surprise rejection of plans, the Corporation has unveiled details of a more consultative approach.
