Freighter aircraft lessor VX Capital launches London legal claim against insurers

Commercial aircraft investment and leasing company VX Capital Partners has filed a complaint in London’s High Court against Allianz Global Corporate Specialty (AGCS) in what is understood to be the latest legal action related to planes currently trapped as a result of the Russia-Ukraine war.
