FM denied in bid to end Cinemark’s Covid-19 lawsuit

FM Global has been denied another motion for judgment on the pleadings in a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case, with a Texas district court judge refusing to throw out a case filed by Cinemark, the third largest movie theatre chain in the US.
