Fitch places Axa Singapore rating on watch negative amid planned HSBC acquisition

Fitch Ratings has placed Axa Insurance Pte’s (Axa Singapore) insurer financial strength rating of ‘A+’ on watch negative after it was announced earlier this week that HSBC would acquire its operations for $575mn.
