Dowman launches BP Marsh-backed London wholesaler Pantheon Specialty

Former Besso joint CEO Rob Dowman has returned to the London market with the launch of Pantheon Specialty, a new wholesaler backed by specialist UK insurance investor BP Marsh & Partners.
