DoJ closes Gallagher probe over Ecuadorian bribery scheme

Arthur J Gallagher has disclosed that the US Department of Justice (DoJ) has closed an inquiry under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) related to the broker’s insurance business in Ecuador.
