D&O insurers to cover under 20% of Under Armour’s $434mn settlement

Under Armour has agreed a $434mn settlement of a class action lawsuit alleging declining sales volume was masked by its CEO, with the sportswear company expecting less than 20 percent of which to be offset by D&O insurance, which is the subject of litigation.
