DLG turnaround boss lures John Neal's chief of staff Alex Hayes in exec reshuffle

Direct Line Group (DLG) has hired former Lloyd’s of London chief of staff Alexandra Hayes as part of a wider executive reshuffle that has seen a raft of senior appointments from rivals.
